Arissopermsmile & Arissopermfrown, an arissoperpetual(link) subterm connected to thinking has a Smile (and/or Frown) permanently and makes the person, whether it be because of delusional or IRL attachments, being an alter that has a Smile (and/or Frown) permanently while the body doesn't, psychosis, etc., feel disconnected from their external state of being. This is not for "fun" or voluntary "I wanna be this โจ๏ธโจ๏ธโจ๏ธ", this also doesn't override the external Smile (and/or Frown) the person has. This term is not for "transitioning" of any kind either and is not radqueer or transid friendly and not comparable to transgender
