All of the stripes except for the center, 3rd and 9th stripe are frilled and scalloped facing inwards, with the 4th also having scallops facing inward, but at varying strengths. From widest to smallest frills and scallops, the stripes are: 4rd and 8th, 1st and 11th, 2nd and 10th, and 5th and 7th. In the center of the flag is the dissomei symbol, a stylized brain, colored light desaturated yellow. It is outlined twice, the outermost being very light blue, and the innermost being grey. On the dissomei symbol is the symbol for river clan, a square cat head with two wiggly lines through it meant to resemble water, with a star above it. Both are colored a dark blue. ;end id
