So...am I the only one who's actually a little excited about the new Dissidia Duellum that's coming out next year?
I know it's another freaking mobile game, but everyone's modern outfits look so cool (Zidane looks so fine!!). AND IT TAKES PLACE IN MODERN JAPAN?!?!?!?!
I can't wait to see what kind of story explains that. I'm kinda sad it's not a new console game, but holy shit this looks cool! It sucks seeing people write it off just because it's a mobile game.
I hope they get the gacha right because War of the Visions' gacha was freaking awful. Let's hope it's like Opera Omnia's later gacha system.
I can understand why some people are upset as not only does Square have a miserable track record with mobile games, but people have been asking for a new CONSOLE Dissidia game for years.
But I don't think it's fair to write off the game before it's even come out. The idea seems really awesome and creative and the battles look really cool.
So let's say that I'm excited, but cautiously optimistic. Do you guys agree that this is exciting?
