It’s 1.58pm 29th March 2015. Samantha (age 32) has been sitting on the couch since 8am this morning with really good intentions to learn Spanish (or French), read, sign up an online course, cook. But all she did was watching Ted Talk (and cats) videos. And it has been the same for every Sunday maybe as long as she remembers even in her twenties.

Not that she was extremely lazy. She’s bright. Considered kind, big hearted woman by her friends. Not very good with numbers. A job she enjoys. Recently single. (she’s a huge romantic and he’s not). She’s pleasantly put together and enjoys .. the list is long. She’s mostly an enjoyment first person. 

Last two years, she made lists highlighting things she wants to accomplish. She finished around 60 - 70%? But something is missing. Major growth is missing. 

She tried meditation, morning workouts, trying different activities but still, something is missing. Something more. Something splendid. What is it?
