While making #drop , we only had about a week to play with this amazing rig from Joy Johnson before starting animation, here are some of the early tests. Luckily I was surrounded by the BEST team of animators that helped to define the character of Drop before and while production started. We were all trying to find the balance between an organic character that could emote, break apart, all while studying real water and making drop believable and caricatured.
