From the distance he does certainly bear the unmistakable Rokyu crimsons. He may honor most of the traditions of his Guild, but the pursue of heretical strength as his Guild Brothers put it is to him nothing but superstitious weakness. Truth is, he has embraced a path unbearable for the majority of demon hunters. Which says plenty about the frail human.

DISMALIA WILD HUNTS is an anthology of horror and action stories set in a fantastical and macabre world. Fusing the genres of science fiction, body and cosmic horror and sword and sorcery in a distant but familiar world, which has undergone a cataclysm of mythic proportions where Demons of the outer cosmos invade the known world, but humanity has evolved to hunt them down, harvesting the substances and matter from their monstrous bodies to distill through industrialized alchemy, thus producing elixirs capable of mutating their bodies to obtain extraordinary and inhuman attributes. However, the focus of these stories is on the inner humanity of the Slayers situated on a boundary between the demonic and the human, madness and sanity; their home in a post apocalyptic world. Thus exploring their struggles physically and philosophically as they hunt to survive and learn about themselves and the world, mutating and undergoing a metamorphosis when outliving their expected life expectancy. Narrated through each hunt are the inner experiences of these characters doing these brutal jobs with a worldly mentality. Stories and characters that explore their sense of duty, their mortality, the transcendence of the spirit and the relationship between humanity and its demons both internal and external.
