I had myself all set up to sit out and watch for the Perseids tonight. Got settled, my eyes adjusted after about 20 minutes and I saw a few flashes of meteors and then someone switched a light on indoors and wrecked my night vision. After that I didn’t see any point in staying out as I have work tomorrow and need to get a decent sleep so I gave up.
