Disciples II had a really amazing artstyle for both buildings and units
it had a sort mishmash of crunchy coloring and abstract details all bathed in dark that made the pictures appear very mysterious to young me
#the music was also a banger!!!#this is MY cult classic#disciples II#me and my friend used to play in turns and make ocs from units we liked#and there was a robust quest maker so you could actually make maps and dialogues and events and it was all so magical#if yall want i will also make a collection of my fave guys from 3 which is apparently controversial but it was also so so pretty to me
