I’ve had a fun first year of university but my intention to make every note neat and pretty really stressed me out. University is stressful enough on its own.
I have summer break right now without any school or work. To get better I’m focusing on working out and doing whatever I think is fun at the moment. Recently it has been making printables in Photoshop and reading a lot of books. This also explains my recent hiatus from Tumblr. Sorry
Make sure you get enough sleep and plan activities that makes you relax now and then, activities that don’t have anything do to with school or whatever makes you stressed. Please take physical and mental illness seriously.
