Death Note Disc 6 Thoughts
There are times when I legitimately love this series and tonight was one of them We had to wrap up the Yoshiba group story (or at least come close to it) and that was fine especially with all the espionage that they did to get close to where Kira was. This took putting a cop's life on the line but was successful in exposing the man. What's more is when they were able to get the man's "Death Note" L touched it so he could see Ran but more importantly Light got possesion of Rem's (I have been calling her Ran or Ren) book so this means NOW that Rem is his But wait...what about Ryuk? Well you know that they HAD to find Light's book again and since he was no longer under surveillance he basically got Misa to get the book for him which means NOW that Ryuk came back into the picture! This disc (which I'm calling "Switcheroo") brought back what I liked about the series. Yeah there was the sappy love story shit that I saw towards the end of Part 1 but you know what? If the action is picking back up then I can totally go with that. The two Kiras have their books and now things are about to get interesting. WHAT is going to happen next? I'll see you at 9 PM tomorrow night and we shall find out together my friends :)
