I'm conducting a survey about disability, accessibility, and community involvement for a presentation I'm doing next week.

The responses are anonymous, but I would be using the percentages/data in my project.

I want to know how businesses can better accommodate disabled people. I want to know where you feel the safest and most supported in your community. I want to know what your community is doing well and what they can work on.
