This means that one’s gender relates to being unpredictable, messy, reckless and unorganised. It is tied to bruised knees, ripped clothes, cigarettes, and other things that could be regarded as ‘dirty’ or ‘unkempt’.

The brown tones represent mud and dirt. The speckles of brown also represent this, as well as messy uncertainty, as they are splotched all over the flag in an unorganised fashion.
The green tones represent mold and disease, as these things come with dirt.
The mix of green and brown in the middle represents how the dirt and ‘disease’ of messiness is taking over one’s gender.
