                    â I enjoy Merrillâs company quite a bit, really. Sheâs such a nice girl, and one of the few among Hawkeâs friends that doesnât get ⊠overly serious. She seems to try and be cheerful about things, and I can appreciate that. I do what I can to help her understand the nuances of more human society when I can so she doesnât feel uncomfortable about being somewhere she completely doesnât understand. I also particularly enjoy discussing our beliefs, and the differences between them with her. I like listening to stories about the Creators, and telling her stories of the Maker. I hope it will help me understand the elves (particularly the Dalish) better than I do now.Â
                  Now, I ⊠do not agree with all the things she does, or has done â though thatâs putting it lightly. Itâs hard to reconcile that Merrill who is one of the sweetest people Iâve met would also be a Maleficar. I would like for her to get help somewhere. I do not want her to end up a danger to herself, or those around her⊠Itâs concerning. I worry about her, despite her assurances.
                  Ah, but anyway âŠÂ Itâs hard not to enjoy Merrillâs company ... âÂ
