• when or if I started shipping it.Megop is just one of those ships that I kinda of always ship so I started shipping it back when I first watched TFP and it just carries over series to series.• my thoughts:It’s not one of my flagships but it’s a very compelling ship.  In basically every continuity they were gay together friends and then the war split them apart.  • What makes me happy about them:Seeing them come back together after the war split them apart is just so satisfying.  I want them to mend the ties that were broken in the past and grow together (damn I think I just love seeing people in love growing together).• What makes me sad about them:If we look at them in the romantic sense, they’re two people who shared these ideals and wanted to see the same Cybertron but they disagreed on the method of getting there and ended up on the opposite sides of a WAR.  They had to fight each other when once they were friends.  It’s just so TRAGIC.• things done in art/fic that annoys me:This is just me being salty but there’s so much megop content and I want to feed my flagships more.• things I look for in art/fic:I don’t usually seek this ship out but off the top of my head my favourite art I’ve seen for them is when they’re just kind of chilling out together or they’re working to mend what war has broken.• Who I’d be comfortable them ending up with, if not each other: To no one’s surprise, Megatron with Rodimus.  Optimus with ???• My happily ever after for them:They have a super domestic life while still kicking ass but they’re doing it TOGETHER.• what is their favorite non-sexual activity?Overthrowing the Senate.

heLL YES I CANWho is a night owl:Rodimus, but it works out because Starscream comes home late from work a lot.Who is a morning person:Neither, really.  Starscream doesn’t like staying up too late but he also doesn’t really like mornings.Are they cuddlers:Rodimus is, but Starscream prefers a little space (get OFF of my WING Rodimus!)Who is the big spoon and who is the little spoon:Rodimus usually is the big spoon because its way easier to initiate the spooning process that way but he is the happiest mech when he’s the little spoon.What is their favourite sleeping position:Starscream prefers to sleep alone, but if he must he likes to lie on his stomach so his wings don’t get crushed with an arm around Rodimus.  Rodimus likes when Starscream falls asleep while spooning him but he always tried to wiggle closer and wakes him up.Who steals all the blankets:It’s a night long tug-of-war match.What they wear to bed:On cold nights, Starscream has wing warmers that he wears and Rodimus thinks they look ridiculous and will laugh at him for 5 minutes every time.  Whenever he doesn’t want to endure that Starscream will put on some negligee and then Rodimus won’t stop staring at his frame. Who likes seeing the other wearing their t-shirt:THEY NAKEYWho falls asleep mid-conversation:Starscream because he’s just so exhausted from the day.  Rodimus doesn’t mind.  He’s so peaceful when he sleeps.  Whenever he does, he just strokes his cheek and whispers the sappiest fucking shit ever that he never actually says to Starscream when he’s awake.Who wakes up in the middle of the night with nightmares:Starscream.  They’re Megatron nightmares.  It hurts Rodimus whenever he gets them because he can’t comfort him because he becomes averse to touch for at least a day following.  Starscream makes him sleep in another room, too.Who accidentally punched the other in their sleep:They both have, and they both bitch at the other.  “I have an IMPORTANT MEETING today!” “Yeah?  Well you dented my spoiler that one time!”Who can’t keep their hands to themself:They’re both pretty handsy.  After all, they’re both GORGEOUS.

My favourite canon moment still has to be The Look from MTMTE 55 (after which they HELD HANDS AAAAAHHHHH)My favourite headcanon........... hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...... i actually had to think about this a lotim not sure this counts as a “headcanon” but i imagine if they started seeing each other (probably for flings or w/e) they would both think that the other didnt actually like them until one of them confesses that they like them for more than just interface and then BOOM romance

get randomly assigned as your lab partner for a whole semester: I realize now I should have chosen Starscream because, c’mon, easy A, but here I am with Megatron who’s actually making me WORK and LEARN but hey at least he’s cute.
