I really need to re-do my base a bit, I have cleared a mountain off to the right for more building space, but I have gotten some automation up and running

Having one big ass crate that everything dumps their stuff into is mazing, 10/10, highly recommend if you are running both FU and enchanted storage to allow this.

My current issue is a lack of magnesium powder, trying to get idle factories up and running needs a lot of it. Sepcialy if you want high tier factories going. So to get stuff up and running, you need diamonite, witch needs 10 magnesium powder, 4 electro magnets, and a diamond. for tier one stuff atleast,

For tier two you need amythrium, where do you get that? your iron drillers, that need a total of 5 diamondite.

Inless "I need more shit" news: I bought a gardener from gardenbot 2 mods, and though he has made a slight mess of my field, hes cute. Not good for full automation as you do have to talk to it to get crops, but still.

It does have basic FU processing though, and a slighytly better kitchen, though my farm does not support it. Protip: place your rock crusher/sifter ontop of a box, then when you automate it, you can just throw crush/sifterables into said boxes. The random corn planter is form idle factories, the one I have to generate me dirt works quickly, the corn one does not... Miiight need a few more of thoese Gear check:

Preeety basic: I just upgraded to bandit armor, and then grabbed some deputy armor to vanity, clearly the most original novakid outfit ever. And a protectorate sniper rilfe as my main weapon, I do belive when I get to her, mama poptop stands no chance. With out moltove cheese.

A lack of fun materials, and a lack of building skills means something simple, for crafting and storage. One of my sub biomes is an apple orchard, so easy food before farming, though I will need to grow cotton at some point.

Nonthing all quite though, while attempting to get wood, next to some random bunker I thought bout claiming, I get attacked by runin enemies. They were easily dispatched, but twas a supprise.

New starbound play through and log, so meet Dioxie, the novakid Solider, I have far too many mods to count all of them, but the major ones are frackin universe, arcana, RPG leveling, and race traits. I might move this into a more in-world log at somepoint, but for now, ooc.

selecting solider as my class for RPG leveling, mostly so I can go into either Deadshot, operative, or viligante for my speicaliztion, the first two being snipers, the last one being dual pistols.

So, while it is ungoggdly power hungry, I got tired of waiting for crushers/sifters to work, so I made three. Should I have made better lava processing first? Next question!

This is currently powering everything, thanks for asking. it's fancy, it shuts off when it's batteries are full. Also, idle factorie titiumium miners, they are un impressive and slapped dashed there becuase space.

Water generation, fun fact, this is no where near enugh. I am usning enriched rods for power, witch require deuterium rods, witch are easy to craft. Just some sulpher, hyrdogen, volite powder, and water, easy! I just need 10/10/5/1000 of each. and yes thoese are in order, and no, I didn't type too many zeros there. I need 1k water per deuterium rod, witch lasts me all of three minutes of power. if my math is right, I need 23ish FU water generators, so my next major build will be a room for that, plus some idle factory water pumps just to make sure I have enughe. Said room will need to be 85 by 85 btw, since water pumps need to be 16 tiles a part, I think. Not sure where the 16 block starts and stops.

The keen eye'd of you might have spotted my pink matter manipulator, i've finally upgraded to morhpite, I was going to wait to max it out, but according to the wiki, an unupgraded morhpite is better than base, so yeah, should make mining super easy.
