-bierce and malak run the hotel

- sometimes, for the hotels revamp anniversary or for holidays, bierce holds parties in her ballroom. malak stays in the door watching over the party in case anyone gets out of hand or is not feeling well

 - murder monkeys are room service 

- agatha plays with everyone at the hotel, keeping people and herself from being bored, and tries to run a school like learning session with others

 - watchers work cooking duty at the hotel because nobody looks into the kitchen in a hotel 

- duckies run around delivering notes, messages, food, or expected packages. they also remind everyone to take care of themselves and bathe :) 

- clowns, like Agatha, keep everyone cheerful, the clown car is used as quick transportation through out the hotel. bierce yells at the clowns for driving in the hallways but they don’t care

 - reaper and big nurse are, of course, the nurses in the hotel, since they’re on vehicle type things they can come directly to rooms in case the player or others are not feeling well enough to walk down to the clinic 

- animatronics, since they seem to be based on hunger, luck, and being a mother, all provide their own features. mama bear takes care of the kids and clowns in the hotel, hangry checks the watchers food and sees if they’re good to go, lucky provides entertainment, mostly for the children, monkeys, and clowns, because he has a schtick where his tricks go awry and say luck wasn’t on his side. no idea abt penny
