When I started writing these it was closest to Easter (whoops) so they're gonna be Easter hcs, sorry if that's not what you had in mind!!
Milo helps Melony organise a little Easter egg hunt around his farm for her younger children and his little brother. Gordie acts like he isn't particularly interested but he's keeping a close eye on where the eggs are being hidden.
He hasn't lost a family egg hunt in 12 years and by ARCEUS he'll keep up his winning streak. It's for his HONOUR.
Naturally, the Wooloo involve themselves too. Their rolling around makes some eggs get stuck in their wool so there's an extra element of Fun by chasing them around before the chocolate can melt.
Milo and Melony sit back and talk while the egg hunt is on. Mostly sharing Gym stories or embarrassing things Gordie's done. Occasionally they'll be a lil sneaky and tell the kids where some eggs are.
Melony asks when the wedding is and Milo screams.
Gordie emerges from the egg hunt victorious, beating Milo's brother by a single egg. Is it weird for a grown man to be so excited at beating a bunch of kids at collecting chocolate eggs? Probably. He doesn't care. He shares his chocolate with everyone else anyway.
It's not about the chocolate it's about keeping up his win streak no matter the cost.
Still, he gets a smooch on each cheek - one from Milo, one from his mum - for his victory, to his embarrassment.
