Besides this ludicrously bad attempt at propaganda, letâs look at whatâs being said here. Having been a Halo fan for the majority of my life, I think I can speak on this a bit.
âFight the Floodâ is referring to the alien parasite, the Flood, that is a central, potentially galaxy ending, parasitic threat in the mainline Halo games up to Halo 3.
The Flood are a species of parasite that take over a life forms body, violently, and then spread rapidly as to control all of the life on any given planet. Thatâs right folks, to ICE, DHS, & the WH, your neighbors, workers, and friends are equivalent to drooling, slimy, world ending, violent parasites whose only goal in consumption.
Of course that means that ICE, and they hope you, are the Master Chief. Here to stop the Flood outbreak before it consumes us all.

The whole thing is ironic too as the majority of the Halo series focuses on fighting the Covenant, a radical, religious, hegemony that brands those who donât fall in line as heretics. Those heretics are, of course, killed or otherwise made state martyrs through suicide missions.
If weâre going to make comparisons with religious nationalism, then I canât actually think of a better example in my country than the current administration. But instead of starships capable of planetary glassing and energy shielded warriors, we have some fuckass losers in vests whose only success in life is to bully, terrorize, and attack their fellow countrymen.
