Beer fact: in the times of sunken ship Vasa like 4 centuries years ago, the Swedish sailors were expected to drink 4 beers a day. Fresh water issues or not, four beers is four beers. Your turn to fantasize about this fact. I'll have in the meantime my 9th day of beer advent: a German pilsner from the Dinkelacker brewery, creatively called Dinkel Acker (spelt field) CD-Pils. If I had the time I would have searched what's the CD for, but today I'll stick with the cold facts: this ain't a bad pils but I like mine hoppier. It has a mostly malt taste with some bread-like yeast on top, bitterness rather little and well, that was all what counts. Should I have expectations for tomorrow?
