Gun control (small insight)
I know everyone has different opinions on the matter of whether there should be gun control in the nation. Many people who oppose the easy access and use of guns throughout our country, usually use the phrase that “guns are bad”, and while I personally agree that there should be some form of gun regulation in our country, I don’t agree with that particular phrase. I think people need to understand that it’s the not the guns that are bad or the problem, it’s the people. It is the people who use these guns, the way they use them that inflicts so much pain and conflict in our society. The problem, caused by an extent of people in our country, needs to be focused on. We need to understand and try to solve whatever is happening at the root of the problem, while also making sure the rest of our people are really safe, preferably by putting strong regulations on the circulation of guns in the nation. I know politics is kinda tabooed on tumblr but I thought it was important to see a different yet common perspective on the matter.
