I hate diets!

Você não é gordo porque come demais. Você é gordo porque tem a mente gorda. Quem vê isso pensa olha, nossa, que abóbora grande. Eu já pensei em bobó de camarão com carne seca, sopa de abobora, abóbora frita, abóbora assada com creme de alho, doce de abóbora com coco, abóbora refogada, pumpkin pie, pumpkin spice latte e ai vai. What is it about bacon cheeseburgers that I find so appealing? It’s like I can’t learn or I won’t learn! Aside from family genetics, it’s this kind of garbage that landed me in an operating room last fall getting my chest cracked open. I’ve had two of these artery cloggers this weekend alone! But I’ve also been trying to eat plant based, too. There’s a lot going on in my life right now and the last thing I need to do is let my nutrition go to crap. I’m retiring. I’m moving. I’m selling a house. I’m looking for a house. I’m dealing with a family crisis. I’m starting a new job. No wonder the cheeseburger looks so appealing. God help me! I can do this. I can do this.
