These fudgy black bean brownies are a vegan delight! They're moist, chocolatey, and packed with protein from the black beans. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth while still staying true to your dietary preferences.
Ingredients: 1 can 15 ounces black beans, rinsed and drained. 2/3 cup maple syrup. 1/3 cup cocoa powder. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Black beans, maple syrup, cocoa powder, coconut oil, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt should all be put into a food processor. Mix until it's smooth. Add the chocolate chips and mix them in. Put the batter into an 8x8-inch baking pan that has been greased. When the edges are set and the middle is just a little firm, it's ready to be baked. Let it cool down before cutting it into squares. Have fun!
