Green Bay, Wisconsin, 3/2/2013 - As part of his role in the new eSports documentary "Die Noobs!," Green Bay Packers Tight End Tom Crabtree will be at Champions Sports Bar and Grill for an exclusive video gaming event.

Justin Koehler, general manager of Champions, and his staff are "extremely excited to roll out the red carpet and pop the champagne with Tom Crabtree and the whole DIE NOOBS team!  This is going to be an epic party to remember!"

The event also promises unlimited food and drink, video game tournaments on massive projection screens and a chance to play a video game against Tom Crabtree.  Fun for gamers and non-gamers alike.  Proceeds to benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, the leading global organization focused on type 1 diabetes research.

Directed by Emmy nominated and Edward R. Murrow Award winning director Erik Cieslewicz, "Die Noobs!" is an inside look at the world's fastest growing professional sport.  The stars of the film, Zachary David and Jason Rubek, begin as casual "noobs" but their journey through a powerful training camp taught by professional athletes, celebrities and pro gamers from around the globe, will make them uber. The training leads up to a climactic tournament finale in the fall of 2013 that "will rip your head off and change a whole world's life."  According to Cieslewicz, “Die Noobs!” will leave audiences “motivated to win multiple championships.” 

Besides being one of the best blocking tight ends in the NFL, Crabtree is a self described gamer, rocker, and winner. From guitar hero to Call of Duty, Crabtree has considered himself a gamer long before he ever stepped on the sacred ground of Lambeau Field. If you’re ever waiting for the newest release in the Green Bay area, best look for Tom Crabtree in the line at midnight.
