It is my feminist duty to lust after Austin
A few quick statements after some anon related posts and what may be policing related responses I read today:
- it is my feminist duty to lust. For millennia, women have been told we should not lust. We should not enjoy sex etc (only to ostracise us if we do not allow men to do whatever they please with our bodies). This is not natural! It is human nature to lust, to desire. Patriarchal structures have been stopping this, for reasons only driving from fear, power, and knowledge that they suck in bed (and not in a good way). So, when I see policing going on, guess how this is qualified in my head...
- For millenia, men were restrained from being the object of lust. Even if they desired to be so.
- It is only since the last few generations we are democriticing both. All because we as women can finally be financially independent.
- I believe Austin is deliberately not present on social media, or in the political discourse, for a range of reasons. That includes allowing himself to be a vessel for directors and their vision, and allowing fans/viewers to project their own 'views' on him. Smart you could say, although I do yearn to learn his political views (or not...). I also believe he knows what he does by showing skin and outlines of his body. Thinking anything else is effectively saying he does not know what he does. Could be the case for a single wardrobe malfunction, but not if it is that consistent.
Well, guess how I combine these thoughts - a dirty mind is a joy forever š
