It’s been a rough couple weeks… but they have arrived!

The board is out of control.

HOW DARE they lock me out of a board meeting.

I’m on the board B holds like 50.1% of the shares, @timisntdeadyet you have like 9% right? Because you inherited your dad’s and Alfred left you a part of his?

And I have the rest of our 70 some odd percent my family is in control of, between what was given to me by B when I turned 22 and what Alfred left me.

This is OUR families company. Bruce’s shares are untouchable until he dies, when they go to me and Tim.

I could sell mine if I was interested, but unless Wayne or Kane is in your name good luck.

The board is SO out of line.

He walks through to the kitchen, and pours himself a glass of water from the brita. He’s thirsty, unbearably so, and nauseous.

He drinks his water, trying to slow down but his mouth and throat feel so dry. He leans against the counter, breathing heavily. The babies are still too, unusually so. Normally they are kicking up a storm this time of day…

He gets another glass, and calls out again.

“Anyone home?” He says as loud as he can, which isn’t very, as he starts walking back to the living room. Before he can even make it off the kitchen tile his vision goes black.

There’s a crash of a glass shattering on the floor, and a thud as he collapses onto the tile.

Okay.

I have hyper something or other that basically means I have more amniotic fluid than is needed. Like somewhere in the range of 2-3 times more.

So. Good to know, I am more miserable than I should be…

Ultimately all four are healthy though, and the amniotic fluid issue isn’t currently at dangerous levels as long as more excess doesn’t build up.

I am however restricted even further in what I’m allowed to do and I have been recommended to see physio to maintain my muscles and flexibility as much as possible. Ugh. I hate this SO much.

I’m sure we have almost all seen the post now, from the current WE PR team. I’m sure I am not the only one disappointed by these events.

As many of you know a bit over a month ago there was a situation with several board members as well as several employees harassing Mr. Keay. They locked my brother and I out of our own companies board proceedings, despite us and our father being majority shareholders.

The worst instigators have been removed, but even still to this day I need to fight my way into meetings and being allowed to do my job because of the boards bigotry.

I am very disappointed that there appears to be no recourse happening yet regarding Mx. Mitchell’s inappropriate releasing of private information. This behavior is unacceptable and I will be demanding that there is some form of reasonable punishment for it.

I’m also disappointed that Mx. Mitchell couldn’t even be bothered to put enough effort into doctoring the documents provided that you can clearly see where it is all cut apart oddly and weirdly redacted. If you are going to fake information, at least make it believable at a glance. Like come on… what kind of Gothamite are you even?

Anyways. I continue to stand by and support Cain. He was never harassing anyone, they were harassing him. And about the allegations of harassing our dear CEO, he was joking around with Tim. They are personally friends outside of work and while perhaps there’s something to be said the joke went a little too far for the workplace, it should’ve been a discussion at most about keeping work and out of work separate.

As for the rest of the claims, Cain is a good guy. He puts so much time and energy into giving back to the community and trying to help disadvantaged at risk youth feel like they have achievable options that don’t involve lives of crime or harm. WE board members have shut down so many amazing project concepts, that it absolutely breaks my heart every time I’m outvoted.

I couldn’t care less about what he has or hasn’t done in the past, because he’s doing everything he can now to make sure other kids don’t feel how he did.

Additionally, I give a preemptive fuck you to anyone who says that’s irrelevant.

Today, I ask all of Gotham to use their best judgement and consider who you trust more. Some asshole in a suit stirring shit (and not even well???), or one of your own who does all he can to give back and help others? You decide yourselves.

Don’t let someone try to decide for you.
