A dividend is a distribution of a portion of a company's earnings, dividends are normally paid quarterly to a class of its shareholders.  Dividends can be issued as cash payments, as shares of stock, or other property.

Dividends are generally paid out by companies that generate stronger cash flows.

Selling is a very important skill any entrepreneur MUST master. Teaching this ability to our children is very important especially from a very young age. There are many ways we can teach this skill but the best way is by actually selling!

Let's have our kids do lemonade stands and better yet if they find a partner.“ How about creating an SMB and have them own several lemonades stands in different streets” Be creative!

Grab old toys and open up an eBay account! you won't believe how much fun this is. show them the process and how to price an item. Make sure they understand how important it is to take into consideration the condition that the item is in, time of use and market price. teach them that the item can’t be too low in price because it will ruin the market and crash. Or if too high it would take too long to sell.

Visit stores like B&N, Target or even garage sells and look for items that you guys have knowledge of or are passionate about and let's show them how to take advantage of all the technology that we have today. Let's grab our cell phones and look up the prices for the items we find in this garage sells or in the clearance area in the stores and check the prices on eBay, buy the items that have the best profits and resell. 

Let's teach them what profit means and how to negotiate with other people. Let them negotiate with the garage sellers and they can sometimes even get better prices than we can because they are cute and small lol.
