Ingredients: 2 lbs beef stew meat. 1 onion, chopped. 3 carrots, sliced. 3 potatoes, diced. 1 cup beef broth. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a slow cooker, combine beef stew meat, chopped onion, sliced carrots, diced potatoes, beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper.
