“African Americans” have evolved into a very submissive and obedient people. We have this thing about following other people and their rules. Ifa although in practice as a religion/ culture is Indigenous to Africa its energy is universal and belongs to no one. We have found a freedom and spiritual emancipation through Ifa whether it shows up as Islam, Judaism, Lucumi, Santeria, Hoodoo, Vodun, etc...The point of a spiritual practice is to liberate and free you.
