I made a little tool where you can put in your temperature and percent humidity and see (roughly) how much water is in the air.
the blue curve shows you what the humidity would be if the air changed temperatures but the water content stayed the same. the green point is your dew point: what's the lowest temperature that can hold this much water?
it's not accurate if you drag the red point close to boiling, but it should work for ordinary human temperatures.
