#devilman lady

Was leaning a bit more to her later look in the Lady manga but decided to make her even more buffer and toned compared to that and Jun, as well as reflecting her much larger devil form. Aoi generally has pretty slick hair though decided to go with a much more spiky look along with being more longer, probably to reflect the shark side of her devil form. This was also before I later gave her scars all over body when I drew her with Lan. Though otherwise can think of any inuniverse reason for why she has them as younger me just thought they'd make her look cool. Generally hard to remember what I exactly planned out for her beyond having a happier ending as she actually ends up with both Jun & Lan this time around. I shared her redesigned Devil form here a while back but might as well. Basically combined her earlier devil shark form with her more bull-like devilman persona, making her a literal bull shark. Also slapped a bunch of carapace on his chest, hands & feet, and tail.

some old Lady art I did a couple years back of Jun, Aoi, and Lan with iconography behind them implying their other forms. Lan generally looks like her usual self though Jun and Aoi got a bit more of a overhaul, specifically Aoi who has visible scars all over and spiked hair, so gonna have to share my other old art of her.

I’m not a woman so I felt kinda gross reading devilman lady, Girls on Girls by And One was playing in my mind the entire time.
