Met with Doc last night. I always leave that man's office fulfilled with a renewed feeling of self assurance. Anyhow, I told how I did some yoga and at that moment of meditation, finding my breath, I found some intense emotion. The tears just started streaming down my face, along with sweat, great workout btw. I wasn't sad I was overcome with how beautiful I felt, how magical it feels to have inner peace. To relax and just be okay with everything. You see Doc has shown me that I need to do more of that. Relax. Not allow my mind, fears, anxieties, or overzealous standards get the best of me. Hence the picture I posted last night. I felt so free. Free enough to post a picture of myself with crazy hair and no pants. Cause fuck it, I'm in the best shape of my life. I want to celebrate that. That takes work, discipline, and for me courage to let those fears of being looked at as fat go! I promised myself at that event that I would no longer let that fat kid define me. Baby steps but loving the skin your in is crazy important. And in this new adventure of self discovery it's more necessary than ever. "It's better to be blamed for robbing Peter than paying Paul."
