every time i see someone tag markus/north as ‘morth’ i die a little inside that name sounds AWFUL and they don’t deserve it. i don’t want them sounding like a disease, norkus is Right There
i really hate this fandom’s mentality of thinking that north has only one emotion and that emotion is Murder. like from the fandom alone you’d be inclined to think that north is this off the hook violent person when she’s really far from it.
north has a hatred for humans, that’s true, and she opts for more violent options because she truly believes that it’s the only way humans will learn. has north ever purposely sabotaged a mission because she disagrees with markus? no. she follows. because above all, she wants to see her people thrive and she sees that markus wants the same thing as passionately as her.
she also has her softer moments, she tells markus that she sits up in the open building often to think. she cries when she sees her own model shot down by humans. she’s so quiet in the church, calmly telling of the current situation, and promising she’ll follow in whatever decision is made.
north may have not been written perfectly, far from it. but the fandom is heavily making it worse by taking jokes too far
post-ending markus and north taking advantage that their voices harmonise really well, so they annoy everyone else by singing All The Time. they sound great, but they also can go on for hours
