The failure of Rosie wasn't setting Tokugawa back as much as it should have. Even if Rosie wasn't fighting for him anymore, he had more robots. But they were generic robots, and it was becoming increasingly clear that none of them could fight as well as Rosie had. For even tonight, Atlas took care of the robot he had sent out with ease.
Tokugawa was actually in person at the RFT tonight, though he didn't want to be after the defeat of his newest competitor. He was in private seat where not many people even knew he was there. He just hoped Atlas didn't know he was there either.
