Off day! 🙂 😌 Missing this pancake/soufflé dessert 😭. Japan has a lot of quirky and cute dessert cafes and this one at The Ometesando is definitely at the top of fluffy pancakes/soufflé list. Expect a 10-15 minutes queue when you visit A Happy Pancake Cafe 😋 and make sure you put your name on the list 📝. We came at 1pm and we just waited for 10minutes 🤘They have an open kitchen so you can witness how this fluffy goodness are made.
