วันนี้มาพูดถึง การถ่ายทอดความคิดของคุณให้นักออกแบบ…ที่เรียกว่า การบรีฟงาน เพราะจริงๆ แล้วคนที่เข้าใจธุรกิจของคุณได้ดีที่สุดคือ…ตัวคุณเอง แต่คุณจะถ่ายทอดให้ออกแบบอย่างไร? ให้ตรงกับคอนเซ็ปต์ของแบรนด์คุณ?
1.) อธิบายเกี่ยวกับธุรกิจของคุณให้ Designer ฟัง : คุณรู้ธุรกิจของคุณดีอยู่แล้ว …ต้องอธิบายคร่าวๆ เพื่อให้ Designer เข้าใจเบื้องต้น ว่า สินค้าของคุณคืออะไร ขายอะไร คู่แข่งของคุณมีใครบ้าง คู่แข่งมีการออกแบบสไตล์ไหน เพื่อทาง Designer ไปค้นหาข้อมูลงานต่อได้
2.) บอกกลุ่มเป้าหมายได้ : ต้องคิดมาว่าสินค้าของคุณจับกลุ่มไหน…เพื่อให้งานออกแบบให้ตรงกับความชอบของลูกค้า เพื่อกำหนด Positioning ของแบรนด์ ว่าควรออกแบบลักษณะไหน
3.) Mood & Tone : ต้องคิดรูปแบบสี และ อารณณ์ของแบรนด์ เพื่อสะท้อนตัวตนของแบรนด์ เลือกสีหลัก และ อารมณ์ ที่อยากให้ “ลูกค้ารู้สึก” เมื่อเห็นแบรนด์คุณ
4.) คอนเซ็ปต์ : บอกสไตล์ให้ได้ ว่าต้องการสไตล์ไหน โลโก้แนวโมเดิร์น แนว Minimal แนวน่ารัก แนวการ์ตูน ใช้มาสคอต คุณต้องคิดคอนเซ็ปต์ของแบรนด์ออกมาก่อน…เพื่อให้แตกต่างจากคู่แข่งในตลาด
