Anyway our session tonight picked up where the last session, that I missed, left off, but i was able to pick up the story again cuz I didn't miss much aside from some shenanigans... So anyway our characters were in the king's private library and our literal bear.. Warrior? I think? Broke into the king's office and stole some important Lore information

We all got caught but the king isn't behind this massive plague, so we think, and negotiated with us to go to a neighboring kingdom and find out more about the plague, convince this kingdom to burn the dead bodies, and bring back the head of a cult leader

So after shopping for a while, we board a ship with a captain and half sea elf who take us to this other kingdom... On the ship, we fought two zombie mermaids (plague related we assume) and the captain of the ship wound up fucking the literal bear

Once we got to the waters of the new kingdom, we got stopped by a group of guards who think we're not really on a quest for the king and after I failed to seduce the main guard, we bribe our way out of the situation and make landfall in the new place (Timkin)

After remembering lore about the plague likely being religious and part of our mission relating to convincing religious figures to burn bodies, we seek out a church... We then noticed all the official church folks are wearing anubis masks and I had the bright idea of trying to find some within the church

My idea didn't go as planned and whole we did end up getting 2 anubis masks, it didn't come with a lot of ruckus... I wound up stealing two frog masks and was wearing one during our escape from the church (so I can no longer wear it lol)

Our escape from the church was AWESOME tho cuz our whole party was there and we wound up spilling some oil and lighting it on fire to distract most of the guards and then we ran for it... The bear carried both me and our wizard on his back while running... But two guards were still on our trail, so I tried a charisma roll to charm them by playing a song on my banjo but rolled a 3 so I wound up breaking a string

But then!!!! Our wizard, The Wizard, used all the ball bearings they bought earlier and spilled them everywhere so the guards slipped and fell back, giving us enough time to get out of sight

Once out of sight we eventually found a safe spot to plan our next moves and we sent one of our elves to a bar to find out more about the cult... And once he got the info, he came back and did a surprise attack on The Wizard (only one other person was in on this... So the dm was mad at first but they talked w the two who came up w the plan and it's able to work into the story)

Anyway... The fighting went pretty bad, the wizard and the bear both almost died, and no one tried to attack me or the other elf in our party... Our drow wound up getting charmed by me and so the evil elf and our tiefling both escaped without him so he's currently unconscious in an alley way while m e, the wizard, the bear, and the good elf all escaped after looting him for health potions

not as in-depth of a sheet as Brax’s, but important tidbits:

highest stat is in charisma, which is 16, while his other stats are p even

has a banjo and a recorder, and is also proficient with various drums

has a whip, rapier, and a dagger

he always smells really, really nice
