“OH !” Eddie’s too caught up inside his own thoughts to hear HIS MOTHER’S Sonya’s voice calling, to drag him outside his bedroom and come meet Charlie. Seems like the blue-eyed boy made his way in anyways. 

Lately, there’s music BLASTING inside his bedroom, to drown out what happens in the outside. Sonya, complaining. Sonya, reminding him to swallow those pills. Sonya, Sonya, SONYA. She was diagnosed only two days ago, and there she is. Making MAXIMUM EFFORT to be unlikable. Tiny hands were fumbling with his Gameboy to fix it, lost in the lyrics of Cheri Cheri Lady when his door gets one or two knocks.

                      “   tickets?  really?  what  show?  ”   she  was  curious,  but  it  didn’t  really  matter  what  show  it  was.  her  answer  would be  the  same  no  matter  what.  “  of  course  i’ll  go  with  you. ”  lynn  didn’t  know  what  sort  of  invitation  this  was,  if  he  was  asking  her  on  a  date  or  if  they  would  go  as  friends.  she  thought  about  asking,  but  decided  against  it.  lynn  didn’t  want  to  make  him  uncomfortable,  and  she  was  just  happy  to  be  going  with  him  more  than  anything.

‘well, no one likes the boogeyman, okay. not even me,’ he may be a hunter, but finley has never once said that he enjoyed what he does. no one enjoyed their job- you work to survive. taking a pause from cleaning his shotgun, finley glances up at charlie with a raised brow. ‘but humans are definitely scarier than monsters,’ a mock shiver runs down his spine. ‘i’d take a vamp over a madman any day,’

                      LYNN  STARED  BACK  AT  HIM          ...        letting  his  words  sink  in  with  a  tilted  head.  it  hardly  answered  her  question,  but  it  sure  was  quite  the  response.

                      it  made  her  laugh.

                     “  i  am  quite  the  bugger.  ”   she  said  through  her  laugh,  “  annoying  little  me!  ”
