Rudy Giuliani has openly verified that he worked with Ukrainian parliamentarian Andrii Derkach when scouring Ukraine for political dirt on Trump’s political opponent, Joe Biden, and Biden’s son Hunter. The United States Treasury Department has since imposed sanctions on Derkach, identifying him as an “active Russian agent.”

Naturally, Giuliani is completely unconcerned about the credibility of the information he got from Derkach:
