I feel awful. I have for months now. Constant spontaneous ups and downs in my mood from one extreme to the opposite. Self worth is at an all time low. Im tired all the time yet when i try to sleep i never can. I don't remember a night where i slept more than 4.5 hours. Having to secretly go to doctors and mental health professionals to be attempted to be diagnosed with something. Constantly feeling so alone and isolated even when i can see I'm surrounded by my loving friends and family. Being surrounded by them yet not telling anyone how im feeling. Why cant i open up to anyone and tell them, even my best friends who we tell our problems to each other. I think if someone close to me asked if i was "okay" i would probably break down in front of them. I need a hug and to be told everything will be okay from someone. Wanting to scream out but not being able to. I need help.
