Did 3 back to back days of stairmaster workouts last week (10, 12, & 13 minutes) and as a result I can now stand up without putting my hands on the ground in my roller derby class! At the beginning of the first 6-week class, they said you need to go from taking a knee to standing while you're hands are in the air, and I struggled to get up from the ground at all. We're now stating the next round of 6-week classes and it's such a stark difference! This is such a great non-scale milestone!!!
