SCRATCHTHEBLOCK PRESENTS: TOUCH YOURSELF (Eargasmic Session)

Wassup peeps!!! Today we are put together some extra-seductive tracks for your soul!

Touch Yourself is an eargasmic introspection made of 10 tracks selected by scratchtheblock staff in order to give ya a surreal moment of pure pleasure!

We start with a track that embodies the essence of the entire selection: seduction,class,pleasure! On January we posted something about a track called Examine Me produced by U.K young and talented beatmaker Warren Xclnce. Over the super-sexy Warren beat , you can taste the sultry voice of Etta Bond. This lil gem is included on Nymphophonic LP. Check it out and support the artist!

The next song is a lyric performed by Ohio songstress Venus Malone. She appeared on Nu-Soul Fragments , For The Sake Of Neo-Soul and Eargasmic Jazz .  We chose the track called Evolution, from Pretty On The Inside .  It’s a warm  spoken word tune that remind us some tunes by Natalie “The Floacist” Stewart.

Toshi Kubota is a solid neo-soul crooner that got  multifaceted skills and a really smooth voice. Kubota is the Japanese answer to the USA supremacy on the black music scene and we think he is the kind of artist that a real good taster can’t miss! We recommended something about Toshi on Neo-Soul Theory  and today we put our hands on a  vibrant record titled Heaven. We are so serious, this is a sultry gem for your ears.

Recently we posted a wonderful album by producer Parley D’Amour , discovering some interesting voices like: Micheal “Dos” Tousana.  The Brooklyn artist engaged our soul with a marvelous voice and working on an experimental project with producers The Trp titled Yahuda, he gaves ya the opportunity to taste the  single included on the aforementioned upcoming album. The Trp and Tousana bring our soul into an interesting journey, where we lost our senses, totally caressed by the harmonic,downtempo,seductive beats. The track is called Catching Fire and it’s a real MUST HAVE!

 On December, singer/musician/songwriter and producer Terrace Martin released his 3Chord Fold Remixed . The piano sounds and the super-sweet voice of Dallas r&b crooner Deonis confer to the single Ecstasy,  a great quality.Terrace Martin is one of our fave artist and it’s so hard stumbled upon a Martin’s production that don’t convince. This wonder-boy made a wonderful masterpiece with his last studio album 3Chord Fold .

We are ready to turn up the temperature with a noteworthy masterpiece performed by our homie Rocki Evans. The track is called Warm the Soul and it’s a spectacular gem with tints of soul and blues that shoot your soul! Rocki Evans is currently busy with the experiemental project hanging in the balance between Blues,Soul,Rock n Hip Hop,Charlie Red featuring the producer Cobain Ivory. The next track is a revisitation of a classic sexy neo-soul/r&b track by Alicia Keys and Maxwell: Fire We Make. So one of the most neo-soul interesting artists, Raheem DeVaughn decided to take the microphone to set the ladies on fire with his personal cover of the Alicia classic. This gem is included on the recent mixtape dropped by Radio Raheem, King Of Loveland

We are on the top of the quality with the extra-smooth masterpiece titled Make Luv 2 Me by  Monica Blaire, included on SunStorm by the heavy-weight of the neo-soul scene, ZO! Damn the voice of Monica is a voyage to heaven

Philly legendary r&b group, Boyz II Men is in the house with the spectacular and sultry cover of a Marvin Gaye soul classic: Let’s Get It On produced by Keith Crouch (Brandy,El Debarge,Lalah Hathaway,Rahsaan Patterson and the list goes on).
