Mega Drampa is like the personification of the "stop praying for my grandfather you're making him too powerful" meme, and you know what? That's cool as hell.
The concept here is that Drampa is a grandpa dragon, so Mega Drampa regains its lost youth:
Drampa's cells have been invigorated, allowing it to regain its youth. It manipulates the atmosphere to summon storms.
Drampa's white fur also looks like clouds and it's known for summoning storms, so the mega makes the fur dark to show its regained vitality and gives it a thundercloud theme in the process. Very neat, I like it.
If Mega Drampa stopped there it wouldn't be that impressive, but it also makes a lot of changes to regular Drampa's design. All of the droopy, round elements that make Drampa look friendly are now upraised and pointy, giving it a more threatening look. The visible fangs, claws, and angry eyebrows also add to this.
Beyond that, it has way more fur (again, tying into the youth concept) that it can raise up while attacking, and a more striking palette that uses a darker green and makes the underbelly white in order to maintain contrast with the darker colors.
The only thing I'm not sure about in the design is the three diamond markings. Regular Drampa has three circles there, and while I get wanting to make them pointier to match Mega Drampa's shapes, they look a bit distracting and artificial. This isn't a huge deal though obviously; overall, it's a great design with a great concept.
