How do you find your truth?
Please God, don’t let me be fooled again.
If we don’t make the effort to find out if something is true or not, we will be easily fooled.  I can be told by others that, for example, someone is toxic toward me.  And I can choose to deny that or I can choose to research what a toxic person looks like.
