Logan Fisher (The Assassin)

A 24 year old transsexual male who works for Mann Co. because he had no other option. Born in Oslo, Norway, Logan had two parents who were kind and supportive of him, and his identity. Tragically, at the age of 17, with an incident involving faulty Christmas lights, and gasoline, he killed his own parents. After being convicted of two counts of first degree murder at age 18, he went to prison, and only escaped because of rusty and poorly maintained locks. Once he escaped, he met a man at a gas station whom took him in. In exchange for the man's help, Logan would work as a mercenary. With having no other choice, he took the job. Logan is a creative, yet quiet, and anxious man. When in battle, his main focus is being stealthy, like a Spy. He uses smoke bombs — crafted by the Engineer — a suppressed SMG, and finally, a butterfly knife which he often fidgets with. He interacts well with the mercs and is generally respectful around them.
Author note: I created Logan back in June 2024. He was basically just a punching bag for me. Over time, he slowly evolved into being a more developed and thought out character with a personality that slightly reminded me of my own. Logan is made with a lot of love and he genuinely so much to me. So if you vote for Logan/Assassin, thank you. :}

Steven, just another everyday mercenary hired to Reliable Excavation and Demolition. Absolutely ordinary and of no special qualities that need to be accounted for. His job is to fulfill his duties as a RED Sniper, providing long ranged support to his teammates. That is his task, which he does like any normal and not interesting sniper class mercenary…
[ Kick Player: TV-SN01 ] [ (accused of hacking) ]
Wow, our sniper is has really good aim! How absolutely normal and not at all suspicious bot-like behavior! Steven is quite the crack-shot mercenary, he really puts the long range in "long ranged support," keeping a very normal distance from the fray as to avoid being canon-fodder to the frontline. It really makes up for his rather dry personality, quite the people pleaser really. His favorite color changes every other time someone asks it, his interests too, he seems to like when other people like him. Makes him all the more trustworthy and easy to talk to, he really likes to ask questions and observe. It's a little uncanny at times, he tends to stare… Hey, when was the last time he blinked? Anyways, isn't he just dandy and authentic? Shouldn't you trust him with all your secrets and rule violations? Let him observe your class behavior and quirks? Yes! Yes you should!

The First Officers

“ANCHORS AWEIGH!” ✯ ‘Ohhh man. We’ve got too many crates of ammo to send off to our bases overseas! What are we gonna do? Our teams will never get their equipment in time and our schedule will be thrown to the wolves!’ — This dilemma is one of many that have left Admin team squandering for solutions. But just as strain began to boil over, the sound of a ship horn blared through the air… MEET THE FIRST OFFICERS! Too much cargo to transport in one trip? Multiple teams having to move bases? What about that New Zealand cache of Australium? Whaddya say to doing that all in one journey at sea? Regardless of whether you love or hate the ocean, SAY NO LESS! Grab your anti-seasickness medicine and embark across the seven seas with Mann Co’s trustiest, most seasoned sailors!!
MEET YOUR CREW—❗️╮ Two polarizing sides to the same coin, you have Jovane and Gómez. Prepare for a smooth journey with Jovane as a reliable and weathered seaman, the BLU first officer. With a sturdy sense of problem solving and a sound head on his shoulders, Jovane is bound to keep any and all passengers & cargo safe and sound. And then, there is Gómez. Gómez is a man known for luck over reason. With a miraculous streak for near-death mishaps, The RED First Officer gets the job done … at a cost. See, the two first officers are a foil. What Jovane gives up for the fun factor of a nautical adventure is made up in his reliability, and Gómez is the opposite. A bombastic, fun loving party animal who hardly knows what he is doing! Jovane doesn’t seem to greatly enjoy the fact that Gómez takes his position so NOT seriously, but Gómez believes them to be best friends. He has no idea that he is so unsafe on the water because he is having a good time, and it is a MIRACLE the team and their cargo caches do not sink to the sea floor. TLDR, One weighs risk versus reward, and the other thinks the risk IS the reward.
SPARK NOTES— ‼️╮
Both men, while different, share a common denominator for sharing a love for their teams. While both see their teams as almost familial, they differ in how this leads them to interact with their comrades.
Gómez is a friend of the world. He befriends and acts buddy-buddy with everyone in the most free spirited of ways, prioritizing fun and cool hangouts with the team over more serious moments and addressing challenges. (I don’t think he knows how to do that). In comparison, Jovane handles his team more tenderly, yet with a stonier demeanor derived from a prioritization of their safety and their wellness on and off the battlefield, lending him to a more mature role on the base for BLU team.
Gómez in particular was meant to use the same fisherman’s anchor that Jovane wields, but wasn’t strong enough to sling it properly. Instead, he uses the smaller (and lighter) danforth anchor—altering his battle style into something more aggressive. He doesn’t mind this and frankly enjoys the more chaotic means of fighting, though he has kept his original anchor for memory’s sake.
The two have named their anchors after battles a-many have brought them to find an attachment to said steely counterparts. Jovane has named his anchor Ave, Gómez .. named his .. he forgets often. Right now he’s chosen to call this beauty the “flaming deathbringer.” He thinks it’s cool. He also wishes his anchor came with fire.
Jovane was the original of the two, and he takes his job with pride. A retired vet of Brazils navy, he’s learnt regiment and carries a readiness for any and all ship protocol. Comparatively, Gómez found his position through luck and good will with his crew—preventing his previous crews ship from sinking on numerous occasions without realizing it was he himself who had done it. His obliviousness leaves Jovane endlessly frustrated and confused.
Both have various Swallow tattoos, Jovane more than Gómez. Gómez, however, is more heavily tatted, including a drunkenly done “HOLD TSAF” (hold fast) written incorrectly on his knuckles by a crewmate while at sea. He’s yet to notice the ‘fast’ is backwards.
Jovane’s surname “De Lima” was picked specifically for the end compound, ‘Lima.’ And THIS was chosen because of the alphabetical phonetic for L being Lima; we were covering alphabet phonetics in the unit we were studying at the time during my time in maritime academy, which drove me to a corny inclusion of what I’d learnt LOL.

After escaping growing gang violence in his neighborhood, being shipped in an unidentified white van across state lines to Washington to a blood-stained interrogation room, then sent back down to Teufort, New Mexico, Pancho Martinez is ready to start his first authentic *corporate* job! Surely it's free from gun violence and large, imposing men and scary noises at night that's terrorized him since his childhood, right? Right?

Margo | The Quartermaster

Growing up in the middle of three brothers in a remote Norwegian fishing village, Quartermaster learned how to hold her own very fast. With a stubborn and gruff attitude, Quartermaster can keep her feet—and cane—planted firm when need be. Surviving a gunshot wound to the femur and subsequent blazing house fire, she is not easily intimidated or pushed around. Seriously, try it. See what happens.
This is exactly the grit TFI needed when searching for the RED team's quartermaster—with such a high turnover rate, they needed the toughest motherf*cker around. TFI reached out to (read: ambushed) Quartermaster as soon as she was discharged from the hospital she had a rather extended visit in. With incredible amounts of medical debt, Quartermaster snatched the offer the moment the contract was thrust into her face. If not for her, then for her daughter, a darling little girl named Astrid.
As the RED's quartermaster, she does everything you can't be bothered to do! Laundry, cooking, cleaning, weapon and inventory management…the workload is disgusting, really. And for a pittance! Even so, you'll always receive the correct amount of ammo, freshly cleaned linens, and a meal at the start and end of every day. Not without complaint, of course. Hope you like muttered swearing and "passive" aggressive-ness. It may be her job, but being a glorified nanny to a bunch of hired killers doesn't leave much room for dignity, y'see?
In the evenings, when everything is said and done (though her work really never ends), she can be seen drinking with Demoman or chilling outside with Sniper. Rumors have it she's rather close to the Medic…but those are just rumors. Probably.
And, at the end of each day, before she tucks in for the night, Quartermaster will write a letter to her little girl. Her handwriting is awful, sloppy, but it's filled with heart. Whether these letters even get received…Quartermaster doesn’t know.
Vote Quartermaster!
