Warning: this post contains me being a little fucking hater and is basically just a rant to see if anyone feels the same way. I may phrase things in a cartoonishly angry manner but I want to stress that this post is in no way an attack on anyone who enjoys anything mentioned here. I also enjoy Toby Fox’s work immensely and recognise that these things WORK for some people and have their own merit. This is simply a post to express my own feelings and my feelings alone. Okay? Okay
Chapter 3 has GOT to be like my least favourite deltarune chapter of all time istg. Its at its best during its warioware-core moments during the Tenna fight/some of the minigames during battles and at its worst with the repetitive and mundane nature of the like. Main meat of the chapter(ie the console games). And while I understand that the way it is mundane and repetitive serves Tenna’s character in-universe it does not make the chapter any less of a slog to get through like I’ve found myself genuinely DREADING replaying it easter eggs included once the new chapters drop.
Speaking of Tenna oh my goddddd I hate what he and the mikes have done to the fandom fucking hell. I dont give a FUCK about them. And this would be fine if they were treated like. Like any other darkeners in the past chapters but noooooooo for some reason people have just. CLUNG. Why am I struggling to see stuff that isnt about fucking spamtenna or the mikes. RELEASE MEEEEEEEE
