So, Delta Stream seems to be the only thing that can take away Prima Groudon and Primal Kyogre's abilities.
While Air Lock cancels out all weather-condition effects for all of the Pokémon in a battle as long as Rayquaza remains in the battle, Delta Stream fills the air with strong winds for as long as Mega Rayquaza remains in battle.
With this new ability in the battle, the weather moves Dance, Sunny Day, Sandstorm, and Hail will fail. Also, Drizzle, Drought, Sand Stream and Snow Warning won't activate. Last but not least, with this ability all the moves usually supereffective on Flying-type Pokémon will deal normal damage to them.
While other wheaters will last five turns whether the Pokémon with the ability is in battle or not, Delta Stream will last indefinitely as long as Mega Rayquaza is in battle. When swapped out, the air flow will stop.
