Ingredients: 400g chicken breast, thinly sliced. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon cornstarch. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 red chili, thinly sliced. 1 green chili, thinly sliced. 1 teaspoon salt. 200g noodles. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 2 spring onions, chopped. 1 tablespoon chili flakes. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix soy sauce and cornstarch. Add chicken slices and marinate for 15 minutes. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic, red chili, and green chili.
