Ingredients: 1 kg potatoes, thinly sliced. 2 cups heavy cream. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, minced garlic, and chopped dill. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Pour half of the cream mixture over the potatoes. Sprinkle with half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, cream mixture, and Parmesan cheese. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
