val has to be worth all this trouble to his business partners or frankly neither have the personality that would tolerate him. it's my own personal headcanon that angel's body built most of what the vee's have, provided them money to be able to experiment and expand as far as they did until they were able to self-sustain, and even then angel brings in a fuckload to be the only other person advertised. money wise val brings a fuckload in from just one star alone. but besides that he doesn't fuck around with money or his own business - from his whores working corners, to starring in things himself, to being a director, to his strip clubs, and even being a drug dealer. nevermind managing the countless workers involved in those ventures. val is in A LOT of business shit that he's got a tight grip on. the man works a shit ton and brings in a stupid amount of cash from everything he's involved in. and angel said it best - sex sells.
the amount of profit and dealings in more than just a single business venture would inspire those to keep working with Valentino despite his volatile and borderline unpredictable nature.
