A delicious and creamy cocktail that captures the essence of a key lime pie in a martini glass.

Ingredients: 2 oz vanilla vodka. 1 oz key lime juice. 1 oz simple syrup. 1 oz half and half. Graham cracker crumbs for rimming. Lime wedge for garnish.

Instructions: Use graham cracker crumbs to line the edge of a martini glass. Whisk together half and half, vanilla vodka, key lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker. Put ice in the shaker and shake it well. Strain the mixture into the martini glass that has been set up. Add a wedge of lime to finish. Serve and have fun!
